Privacy policy

When you submit an enquiry form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if you provide one) and any answers you give to the questions on the form. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide real estate services you have asked about.

Enquiries are emailed to Bri Stibler and stored in our website content system so they are not lost. We keep them for as long as needed to serve you, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Analytics. We use PostHog to understand how pages are used — which pages are viewed, and whether a form was started or completed. This is configured without cookies, and your IP address is discarded rather than stored. We cannot identify you from it.

Advertising measurement.If you arrive here from one of our Instagram advertisements, we store a small first-party cookie recording which advertisement brought you, so we can understand which of our ads are useful. For those visits only, we also load the Meta pixel, and if you submit a form we send Meta a securely hashed (irreversible) version of your email, phone and name so it can measure that the ad worked. Meta’s handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy.

If you did not arrive from an advertisement, none of that happens — no advertising cookie is set and the Meta pixel is never loaded.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this website: Sanity (content and enquiry storage), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (website hosting), PostHog (analytics), and Meta (advertising measurement, as described above). Some of these providers store data outside Canada.

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by emailing bri.stibler@evrealestate.com. You can also block cookies and scripts in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

Under Canada’s anti-spam legislation (CASL), submitting an enquiry gives us permission to reply to you about it. We will not add you to a marketing list without your express consent, and any marketing email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
